I’m the Owner and CEO of NSL Arts & Consulting, Inc., where I help nonprofits and private-sector teams strengthen operations, improve project delivery, and adopt ethical AI in practical, responsible ways.

My background bridges analytical rigor and the arts. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University and a Master of Music in Voice Performance from Temple University.
That blend of discipline and creativity shapes my consulting, whether I’m guiding governance decisions with a board, supporting business development planning, or bringing a steady, thoughtful voice to conversations about performance and results.
